Creating a Prototype

By: Kelly Buchanan

One thing bo-mar really excels at is creating prototypes.  When a customer gives us requests for what their project needs, our team works together to get the job done quickly. Many times we start our prototype by cutting out a cardboard model to test the functionality. This step saves us material and money as we work out any possible problems that could arise in the process. With the help of our skilled engineers, our Virtek, FARO arm and full machine shop, we can take any job “from art to part.”

Throughout the years, bo-mar has provided dozens of prototypes for customers around the world–from dynos to food service elevators, ATMs to shrink wraps machines. Here at bo-mar, we have the knowledge, experience, and resources to originate a great product.

Our latest prototype includes this Automated Teller Machine (ATM) which has access on the side instead of the back.
